Service Provider
Switchboard is operated by Appearances unLTD LLC. These terms apply to Switchboard Lead Rescue and related lead capture, inquiry routing, follow-up, and operations support services.
Service Description
Switchboard helps small businesses respond to missed calls, website inquiries, quote requests, and after-hours leads. Service may include setup, intake questions, message drafting, lead summaries, routing, and weekly performance notes.
Pricing And Billing
The starter Lead Rescue offer includes a 14-day pilot at no charge. Ongoing Lead Rescue service is listed at $149 per month unless a different written agreement is made. Custom workflows, additional locations, and integrations may be quoted separately.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel monthly service before the next billing period by emailing luke@switchboardus.com. Cancellation stops future billing. Completed service periods are not automatically prorated.
Refunds
The 14-day pilot is free. For paid monthly service, refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a charge was made in error or service was not started, contact support within 7 days of the charge.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business details, approving customer-facing wording, complying with laws that apply to their business, and not asking Switchboard to collect sensitive information unless a proper compliant workflow has been agreed in writing.
Limitations
Switchboard is a support and automation service. It does not guarantee revenue, appointment volume, search ranking, ad performance, or legal compliance for a customer's business.
